Studentenwerk has a Student Advice Center. If you have general questions, problems or need information about daily life in Germany, you can contact them.

Office hours (in English)

Tuesdays: 10 to 13 hrs,

Wednesdays: 13 to 16 hrs.

Thursdays: 10 to 13 hrs.
