How to get adventurous 

 

Here are few tips for you if you are planning a trip.

 

If you want to travel but you don’t want to spend that much, a good way is to start with car-sharing. Every day, people travelling with a car post they destinations on a website called Blablacar. You can review their profile and contact them if you want to join for a trip. We are aware that in some countries, sharing a car with a completely stranger might not be safe. However, in Germany you don’t have this problem. The author of this text tried this service multiple times and she can only give a positive review.

 

If you prefer travelling by bus, have a look on Meinfernbus.  This bus company offers connections to each German city or to the main European destinations. You have wifi inside the bus and are allowed to take up to 2 luggage with you. Therefore, we can say that it is pretty comfortable.

If you want to travel around Germany with the bus, you might check Postbus as well.

A more adventurous way to travel is hitchhiking. In Germany it is legal and fairly easy, but in other European countries (e.g. Italy) it might be kind of difficult (although not impossible).
