Airing the room

Winter air tends to make healthy people a bit unhealthy. And, you do not want to waste heat. So, the tip is very simple:

 

  •  Just open your windows.  Let the fresh air in. Even in winter, rooms need airing. So, open your window for 10 to 20 minutes everyday. Don't leave it open for as long as is needed in summer, and don't forget to close it. And, always remember: while the windows are opened, do not use the heating!
